When you submit an enquiry, request a site visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and any message you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at.

We do not require an account to browse this website. Your wishlist and comparison selections are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us.

How we use it

• To call or message you about the enquiry you submitted
• To arrange site visits and share project information
• To pass your requirement to the relevant developer where you have asked us to proceed
• To improve which projects we present and how we present them

Who we share it with

We share your details with a developer only when you ask us to proceed with their project — for example, to raise a booking or register you for a site visit under their process.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any point and we will honour that immediately. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
